Who is this? Okay so... hear me out. A friend of mine was play Forza 5 I think, and he was looking for skins for his car. He found out a chinese dude that had a couple of anime-like skins and among them it was this one. But neither the title nor the description of this skin had ANY name of who might this lil pink haired vtuber-like girl be. I gave up on the search years ago but today I decided give it another try.
