1.  Unfortunately we cannot approve www.animecharactersdatabase.com for the following reasons.  

We do not allow sites to have adult sections in adBrite!

We require all sites to be entirely in English.

We require all sites to consist of large amounts of original content and your site does not meet this requirement.   

2.  I understand your confusion about fakku.net, but they are using our adult exchange called Black Label Ads.  Our adult exchange is for explicit adult sites and the ads may contain nudity.  

We do not allow sites that contain adult or mature content to display adBrite ads.  You might consider using our adult exchange, Black Label Ads, that is designed specifically for adult sites and ads. If you choose to use our adult exchange you can use the same username and password you used for adBrite.

3.  For the most part we've discontinued site specific purchases.  Advertisers can purchase a site specific ad click the Your Ad Here link located below the ad zone on your site and then follow the prompts to make a purchase, however most advertisers will purchase network ads displaying on multiple sites.  Some publishers do not use the Your Ad Here link.  In those instances advertisers will not be able to purchase an ad on your site.
