Dr. Cutter is Anesthesia when operating. After Project Lady X failed, Dr. Cutter dedicated herself to rebuild Lady X and improve her, as well as getting revenge on those who defeated her. She then planned to turn them into so-called donors of the Lady X Project, thus making them into an experimental army of unbeatable cyborgs.
