How to use the new Voice Actor tool

To create a new voice actor, you must first go to the VA tab and select "New VA". A filled out entry should look like this:


Wikipedia's will often have the JP names. When getting the hiragana name, you will have to search the JP wikipedia. To do this you will first have to remove the space separating the names so it looks like this "漢字" (not "漢 字").


Always click on the PREVIEW button before submitting a new voice actor!

If it's a duplicate it will show up in the list with a warning


If it is not already in the database you will get the "Safe to add" message and can click on the submit button.


Once you have checked to see that it is not a duplicate then you can submit and it will be added and you can then start assigning characters to it.

The VA Tool is located above a character


To start assigning a voice actor, first type in the name


If you know the exact name it will pop up from a list if the voice actor is in the database


If you are unsure how to spell a voice actors name (eg. Kōki, Kouki, Koki, Kooki) then either type in a partial match or or JP name


All you have to do after that is click the assign button and voila! You can add more than one VA to one character
