oh my. you have unlimited possibilities, so all depends if you wish for a character others would recognize.

easy one for you to make at home would be Sengoku Nadeko from Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari. quite cute, and popular as well.
Claes from Gunslinger Girl, popular as well. since you have blue lens you can do it.
Ayumu "Osaka" Kasuga from Azumanga Daioh. Everybody loves Osaka.

Hmm... Using ACDB, there's about 300 characters that could work (this is the list).

Besides the characters Shini_55 listed, Yui Hirasawa (K-ON!) could be another good possibility, though your hair is a bit longer.
