The only thing I'd be concerned about is that the screenshots would be landscape orientation, and the cards (as far as I'm concerned) need to be in portrait orientation. You can rotate the images, but I'm sure it's better to keep rotated cards to a minimum. If your screenshots are large enough, you should be able to crop the screenshot into portrait orientation just fine.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I have all the episodes in the highest resolution I could find, I would be able to crop the character with enough terrain and manage to retain the quality. I was thinking to make the screenshots in a particular topic, for example Red and X (where X is random character) or a random characters in a particular situation. I'm going to think it trough before I start. I have 2 weeks of free time between graduation and work, so I would use the time to think and sketch up the ideas...

I'd suggest you wait until ongoing is complete, because if you make set while not all characters are revealed, set would be... incomplete, I guess. There's nothing wrong with a bit landscape getting into picture on the card, but character should be... how should I say it... centered. Other than that, 13 already answered everything. For now, make a set and we'll check how it ends up with and if there are any issues. The fact that you're reading this guide instead of just uploading bunch of random unorganized pictures in a set the next day after you joined the acdb, is pretty much telling me you'll be fine

I don't know how to rename a set! o.o

how do album covers work? i provided a link as instructed for my set but this doesn't seem to work. is it possible to upload an album cover for a card set, or maybe assign the first card in the set to be the cover? i know it won't help now this set has been made official, but it would be good to know when creating sets in the future.
