I don't read a lot of manga, but I've recently ordered two volumes of To Aru Kagaku no Railgun (because I like the related anime so much).

And they are now making railgun an anime lol

Yeah, I know. I think it's gonna be awesome.

Oh, and I've since read my two volumes of To Aru Kagaku no Railgun . I was too lazy to look up a couple of things in the dictionary, but I really enjoyed the story (and the art). Can't wait to see what happens next! I hope they bring out the next volume soon. And I wonder whether the upcoming anime will follow the story from the manga, or do something completely different? Either is fine by me.

Incidentally, Kuroko is my favourite character in this series.

That is correct. The focus this time is on Misaka (ビリビリ) and her friends. Touma appears in Railgun just like Misaka appears in Index . The little nun herself hasn't made an appearance so far, but let's face it, the story never needed her to achieve greatness.

Lately, I've been checking out Mirai Nikki (未来日記), known in English as Future Diary , and I just can't stop reading. This manga is awesome! It's got some elements from Death Note , and features a crazy-ass yandere chick who, much to my distress, is gradually stealing my heart. I wish they'd hurry and make an anime of it – this story has amazing potential!


So far I've been reading scanlations, but I really want to order the tankoubon as soon as possible. I always prefer to have the original Japanese available to me (not to mention that many of the translations are somewhat dodgy, and some of the edits are downright annoying). For anyone whose Japanese is not on the level, I hear Tokyopop has got them licensed.
