Hmm... For Kanon, I watched 2002, then many years later watched 2006. And after all that played the game. So, recommended order depends. It's either 2006, game, 2002 to get hooked on Kanon, as 2006 is much easier to watch due to lots of comedy. Or you can do game, 2002, 2006. If I'm correct 2002 version resembles game more than 2006 one and keeps the atmosphere there and 2006 can be seen as a spinoff... Comparing them is like comparing Tenchi and Tenchi Universe |

Jam, ok, it sounds good.
What do you think would be better to do? Watch the anime, or play the game and then watch the anime?
They are linked, mosly because they were made by the same studio. But I think they have similar fluffy romance and school themes and almost the same character design or style. |

Shorter name, huh. I guess you can shorten it as Jam. As for Kanon vn. I didn't really get to play it much. I think it's good. But if you didn't yet - you should play One ~kagayaku kisetsu e~ instead. It's the only one of the series that doesn't have a decent anime. Well, it's not exactly series, but I feel like those four games: One, Kanon, Air, Clannad are somehow linked. |
