Who are these two? From Onegai AiPuri Episode 9 ゆうきのつばさで

Both have teal shoes with pale yellow tips. Both orange eyes and pale green hair.

If one is a boy and the other is a girl, please add that too. These two look like very interesting siblings - if they are siblings.
