NatsumiSawada noticed a bug with Characters of the Week being able to win more than once. Turns out the Winners are not being recorded. I'll need to patch our daily/weekly cron script to hopefully resolve that.
The featured character will now be the winner from the previous voting period, rather than whoever is currently in the lead.
