Greetings, everyone! Today, continuing with the cosplay theme, we have a very special cosplay indeed, for those of you who really want to get into the culture:

Cat Girl Maid Outfit

Just like in Japanese Maid Cafe, you can become a maid and a catgirl with this deluxe set of cat ears, cat tail, and matching maid outfit! This cute black and white loli dress was modeled after the cosplay worn in the Maid Cafes in Akihabara, where customers are treated like royalty. It's a perfect piece of culture to bring to you events! You can now become a loli maid yourself, but with the added spark of also being a nekogirl with this fantastic costume. An excellent idea for an upcoming anime convention, costume party, or Halloween.

And now for Cirno's Perfect Trivia Class!

The answer to yesterday's question is: The Japanese introduced school uniforms in the Meiji Period, when Japan began to modernize its old traditions. At first, the uniform consisted of a simple kimono, worn with a wraparound skirt, or hakama. But later, the uniform was redesigned to follow a more military tradition, with boys donning a smart Prussian-style uniform, and girls adopting blouses with sailor collars, worn with pleated skirts.

Today's question:
Where did Japanese Maid Cafes start?

If you would like to submit your answer you can send it to cirno@animecharactersdatabase.com, or send me a PM. I will give you the answer tomorrow.
