Go to Settings
http://www.animecharactersdatabase.com/forum/usersettings.php

Scroll to the Avatar section
Click Choose Avatar

Yours will be somewhere in the middle.

Set it for you. ^^ The reason it didn't work before - the link you entered was a web page and not an image.
