I'm brainstorming for ideas on how to get people to link to ACDB.

A-P and MAL have their little anime watchers people use, so there is no point in us copying that.

We need our own hook tied to characters .....

Cirno suggested "My Character Clone" but I'm having a hard time visualizing it. We'd need like a standard template.

- character traits ?
- user name ?
- Anime Characters Database . com
- acdb.ca ?
- Anime Characters Database ?

Maybe something like those Pokemon trainer cards I see in forum signatures? Like this (ignore the name, August is one of my pseudonyms):



Something to show off a select few favorite characters in an image that links back to the site? I'm not sure how difficult that would be to code/implement, but just an idea to throw out there.

(Some of the backgrounds for the trainer cards also have a banner-like shape instead of the card shape like Ammy-chan and I used.)

I think it'd have to be fairly simple for now, considering how the images for the characters are. I do think we can utilise avatar (or lounge avatar) for some sort of standardisation though. My brain's not entirely on at the moment, so this is the most input I can throw in for now. :x
