Everyday I ask myself the same question: What can I put at the top of the site that will be useful, and change with new useful information several times a day?

This past week, I've been thinking along the lines of: What are you watching today? It starts off with people making a list of anime they are watching, and flagging what's on their TV today. Other people would see people are watching certain things, and maybe start watching the same show. People watching the same show might want to talk about the episode - and you see where we're going - towards an active community talking about current anime. It's a big ideal that will have to wait...

So today, thinking along similar lines, I got the idea of having a list of "What's on TV Today" or simply "Airing Today". This is easy to make (in fact, it's already done, all I need now it to enter air time information. if you'd like to help, let me know ). We've got a working test of it on the seasons page. Once more day are entered, I'll add it to the top of the site, or bottom.

Continuing with this idea... what networks do we do? What countries? Ultimately, I think i'd be cool to have local listings for every network airing anime in the world. But for now, I'd like to focus on Japan using Mahou.org's Showtime! Chart Information. Also, are there other perhaps more accurate sources of the same information? Bleach aired today many hours earlier than Mahou.org had it down for... though it could be the network they listed airs it later than another network.
