Once in a while I find an interesting Anime, and click at a link to view its information at Wikipedia. I find it annoying that it's opened in the same tab, since I want to stay at the current page and open the Wikipedia page in a seperate tab.
So I think that for URLs outside the database the code...

...should be added.
