I've added some stricter checks on the Next Birthday, hopefully that'll hold up.

uh oh, it's the pattern matching

Ever since March 2 became the next user birthday and it grabbed Vextale's birth date, so a bit less than 2 weeks ago. It still does change and reflect information appropriately when someone else's birthday rolls by. It just seems to wait until it's 2002 in the meantime. XD

This has been like that since we've added the feature. I think it is supposed to be month and day only.

How long has that birthday notification been there?

I can see it too, indeed. I brought it up to Rei since it's been stuck that way for a while now.

Hmm, it's exactly the Guild Rank promotion PM that the notification got stuck on in the first place. :/

Every 10 days you log in, you get a new PM notifying you of your new Guild Rank. Perhaps that'll be your opportunity.

I've tried sending myself a PM, opening, then deleting, but the notification still remains. I'll be more mindful of opening PMs first in the future.

Rather than deleting, have you tried opening them instead? There may be some weird interaction if you delete them while they're still technically unread. I can send you some random PM now for you to open, then we can see if that fixes it.

Ta ending. It wouldn't take ＂tajuu＂ or ＂tashuu＂, two words I chose to try, until I tried one of them in hiragana.

It kept giving me an error that more or less said:
＂Next word must start with 'た'. Your word starts with: 'た'.＂ ^^'

Must be a problem in the code parsing. Was it having trouble on 'shuu' ending?

Seems shiritori bugged out and wouldn't accept valid words unless I used kana.
