There are a lot of characters, but could you name a few of them?

These characters seem to be all “traps” (boys in girls clothes)X)

Top left : the twins on the left are Dorii and Guraa from Utawarerumono, there is Jun Watarase from Happiness to their right

Top and Middle right : the one opening the door is Ranka from Ouran High School Host Club, there is Ritsu from Fruits basket at his bottom, Isabella Yamamoto from Paradise Kiss at Ritsu’s right and Fugisaki Nagihiko from Shugo Chara at Isabella’s bottom.

Middle right : the one with the rose is Aphrodite from Saint Seiya (it’s also written on the picture), at his top, slighty on the right is Peppo from Gankutsuou

Bottom left : the one with nekomimi is Hayate from Hayate the combat butler (that’s even written on the picture), at his left is Mizuho Miyanokouji from Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru and at Hayato’s top, on the right is Amawa Hibiki from I My Me Strawberry Eggs

That’s all I can name but basically they are all transvestites so try to look for a trap list on the net, you may find the others names ^^.
