Can't find the artist or original post. Twitter user @dopaminefreaky has a higher definition of this image as their profile picture.

I've found that artist @Ozumii_Wizard has drawn these same characters in 2023 as well.

There's no other image that I could find with that male character, but the bunny girl seems to be VTuber Coco Fragaria (Twitter). If you compare the dress and other details in the illustrations above you'll see that this is the same character.
