	How to change character images
Currently, only Admin Level 3's can change character images. Once we have the CAP system online, anyone with the MOD_CAP should be able to grant anyone the CAP_CHANGE_IMAGE privilege. How it works is, first upload an Additional Image to the character. then press the Swap button! done!
