To add someone as a friend, simply go to their profile link (should end with this: user.php?uid=(this number varies)). The easiest way to get there is to click on someone's name from any lounge on the right, and you'll get to their profile. Now, all you need to do is click the add friend button right above where it says (name's profile). That's all there is to it.
