Nailkaiser is a mutant, a high ranking officer in the Dark Mother Organization. In a flashback Nailkaiser is seen in human form running from monsters, Phantom Lady rescues her. Eventually wrapped in Phantom Lady's cape and transformed into a mutant. She is later posing as a new staff member of the City College that Moena attends.
