Akame is the better swordfighter so she would pwn Kenpachi... so she would win. This was an easy choice. Hercule's one hell of a coward. To most earthlings, he's a powerful and well-respected martial artist. To the Z-Fighters and the enemies they face, Hercule is wimpy, cowardly AND a glory hog. On the plus side, he can be helpful in clutch situations. If it weren't for him, Gohan would've never been given that final push to ascend to Super Saiyan 2, Majin Buu would've never turned good, Goku would've never been able to complete the Spirit Bomb, and Vegeta wouldn't have been able to get out of the way. Especially when he wears his berserker armor, he has taken down way stronger monsters and survived way more than Teresa has ever been shown doing. initially Vali is way more powerful but in later volumes Issei is getting the upperhand.
