Start off by listing titles in your sandbox.
Allow searching / filtering those titles.
Show completion status.
Show if they are linked to the main DB.
Allow Refreshing if they are linked.
Push Changes
Pull Changes

Say you want to add a title?
Type in the name, and add it.

Allow a full Edit of any titles using mktitle2.php

We'll also use text blobs to allow
