In the Manga Alice in the Country of Hearts, Blood is the local Mafia boss. He also looks a lot like a guy whom Alice once loved but chose her older sister to her. In both the movie and part of the manga Alice in the Country of Clover, Alice lives with Blood in his mansion. In the movie he and Alice are in a relationship.
