Toshiharu Shibahime is Tsubasa's father and a designer of clothes for children. He said that when he designes dresses, he takes Tsubasa as a model and thinks of which clothes would fit her. He also made several dresses for her. He's handsome and good-hearted, but quite clumsy, and he cares deeply about his daughter. For reasons unknown, he's physically very similar to Asaba. |
