A friend of Momoko. At the beginning of the series she came as exchange student. She's smug and she cares enough of appearances. She is constantly suffering from hemorrhoids and has a strong obsession with the anus. At the beginning of the series, she showed a bipolar personality, with the intention to hide her "secret." Keiko is arguably the most unstable character of the series.
