Isabel first met Levi and Furan when she ran into their door. Furlan called her a kid which she denied. The gang chasing her found her but the leader was stopped by Levi and they left. It was revealed that she was trying to get a bird back up to the surface. She joined them and learned how to operate the 3DM gear while the bird's wing healed. She later released it watching as it flew away freely. She joined in the raids and evading the Military Police that tried to catch them. On a mission, she was caught along with Furlan forcing Levi to surrender. She followed him up to the surface and joined the Scouts. She joined Furlan in killing her first titan. During the rainstorm that followed she was killed by the Demon titan. Her death caused Levi to go into white rage slicing up the Demon titan before killing it. When alive she called him Levi-bro. She also got along well with animals, seen when she rode a horse for the first time. She had a secret crush on Levi.
