This takes place where the government issues a law that any student who is failing can simply drop out, in doing so they will have to "service" those who are exceptional in school as a way to keep them motivated. basically they are treated like sex toys, Reika was tired of all the boys looking at her sexually, so she finally decided to drop out and feel the pleasures of being treated as a sex slave.
