After graduating, she married Kazunari's older brother, Eiichi, who was her senpai in high school, and they moved to Tokyo together.

Nanako is always kind and considerate to Kazunari, who is preparing for exams, but at the moment, she only sees Kazunari as her husband's younger brother.
