Phantom Lady is a mutant, and the head of the evil organization Dark Mother. Very little information is known about her, what is known about her is that she's the biological mother of Karin, and, possibly also Moena. She hides an immeasurable amount of mighty power. She sends various villains to defeat Angel Blade and the others. |
