She refines poison to 'comply' with whatever she conceives, then expresses it through saliva, bodily fluids, breath or sweat vaporization, and injects it through a kiss or sexual intercourse.
Also she can do things like licking weapons, etc. to make them poison weapons, this ability is limitless, or at least its limit has not been reached yet.
