Although, if a person is to lazy or the adding character feature is not working properly they could probably use the way I mentioned (to contact someone if the feature is not working). Shoina333, LiCobra is right adding it yourself is the quickest and "proper course of action", but if that method fails (such as a link not opening or something else) contact an admin or a mod. No no no no, PM or PLing a mod is not how to add a character. The proper course of action would be to add the character yourself if you notice one missing.
