Steeldude, next time don't ask two totally different questions.
I just picked one of the two but you can't really ask the question who you found more annoying in trying to get with Yuuji and in the second line ask who you think is better for him.

Issei for sure, once he learns using the multiple chesspieces while in his new dragon mode he becomes so retarded devastating. Also worth noting that his half human/half-demon body later becomes a dragon/demon body due to his body being reconstructed after losing it. I am quite a fanboy over Natsu so don't get me wrong but Issei trains way more and accomplishes way more than Natsu ever will at this rate.
