Izumi Hiroto (better known by his producer name, Hiroto-P) is a VOCALOID producer and artist who is responsible for creating several popular voicebanks. His most popular creation was CUL for VOCALOID3. He then went on to create ROSA (SynthesizerV), REV (DeepVocal), and has plenty more in the works.
