Misaki is a third-year student at the school Kouhei attends. She's a smart, elegant girl who loves to make friends.

Misaki is blind. Despite this, she always keeps a cheerful disposition and never allows herself to become depressed. She also happens to have the appetite of ten men and, if allowed to do so, will drain both her own and anyone else's wallet for her stomach. Spoilers follow.

When she was young, she got into an accident at the school which took away her sight. She contemplated suicide, but came to realize, through the help of an unwitting friend, that wanting to die was just silly.

She admits to Kouhei late in the story that she greatly fears graduating, because without her sight, she is extremely vulnerable in the outside world.
