Her adoptive mother, Lindy Harlaown, and older adoptive brother, Chrono Harlaown, are both Admirals at the main office. She also keeps 'Alph', a familiar figure (currently helping her family with housework).

19 years old. She's a childhood friend and colleague of Nanoha at the Administrative Bureau. She was invited by Hayate to join Riot Force 6 as a judicial officer and Wide Area Chief Special Investigator. As an Executive Officer, she travels around the dimensional world, making use of her experience investigating Lost Logia and illegal research to take charge of investigating cases in Riot Force 6 as well. Despite her first-rate work ethic and powerful magic, she is gentle and kind in everyday life, and tends to be a little overprotective, wanting to take care of her close friends and those younger than her.
