I don't see what the big deal with booze is, I've been drunk before and didn't like it. At least I can buy any alcoholic beverage that I want so I can cook with it. There's a lot of japanese food that calls for sake and beer is good for batters and marinade for bratwurst. ...oh yes, rum cake too, yum.
