Grace saw the boy extend his hand to her. "S-soul?" she said, shaking her hand nervously. She heard him ask if they wanted to be partners. "Oh, I don't know, I might need time to think about it..........," she said. She crawled out from under the table. She looked around and wondered about something. Should she waste her school days here? "I....... gotta get to class...........," she said softly before she exited the library.

Soul frowned. He decided he should be going to class, too--- and then, when he found his class, he noticed that he was in the same class as she was. Also, everyone had taken up all the seats... exept for the one next to Grace. He took the seat.

After listening to the teacher for about half an hour, Soul noticed himself getting tired. "Alrighty, now. We'll start practicing, now--- choose your partners!" The teacher exclaimed.

Grace snuck into the classroom and hoped the teacher wouldn't notice her. She realized Soul was in the class too, and the only seat left was next to her. She didn't mind at all. The teacher talked for half an hour, and Grace grew groggy. She heard the teacher say to choose a partner. Sadly, she didn't want to do this, for she wanted a companion to stay with her at all times. When the teacher wasn't looking, Grace snuck out of the classroom. She headed to the library, and suddenly, she bumped into a girl.

"Ouch!" Grace said, rubbing her head. She looked down, for she feared the girl was going to hurt her. "Please don't hurt me........," Grace said softly.

Annabeth looked down at the girl that just bumped into her. "Oh, it's okay sugar!" she said, picking the girl up. The girl seemed strange, but Annabeth didn't mind. "Why, what's your name little darling?" Annabeth said with a passionate smile. The girl looked quite adorable to her. She looked hard at the girl. The girl looked like she was escaping from class. Annabeth was curious to see what was up with the girl.

Soul didn't want to choose a partner. So far, the only partner he liked had left. So, Soul snuck out too. He noticed the girl who had given him the star-shaped amulet earlier all the way at the other end of the hallway and realized why he was so tired: his curse.

He remembered someone saying that the only one who could break his curse was a girl named Grace. He let out a yell of pain and writhed in pure agony. It was only as he passed out that he realized he had yelled out: GRACE!

Leahcim walked down the hall and noticed that strange girl. And another girl he never seen before and wondered if she was new to.
Leachim walked up to the two. "Hay" He said.

Grace looked up at the girl. "My n-name's Grace, b-but you can c-call me G-gracie," Grace stammered. Grace peeked around the girl's side and her eyes widened. It was the boy she met at the school entrance! What was he doing here?! Grace looked down and turned red as the boy said hi. She didn't want to speak to him at all. She clenched her fists in fear as she continued to look down.

Annabeth smiled at the girl. "Why, hello Gracie, my name's Annabeth, but you can just call me Annie!" she said with a big smile. Annabeth noticed the girl peek over her side and look down. "What's wrong Gracie?" she asked. Annabeth also saw her clench her fists in fear. Annabeth quickly turned around, thinking it was a monster, or a bully. Instead, it was a boy about 6' 2". "What do you want, little man?" Annabeth hissed at the boy.

Leahcim smiles slightly and looks up at the tall girl. "I noticed you with that girl." He said. He looks over at grace. "I met her once before but she ran away. I don't recognize you either though so who are you?"

Grace heard an echoing cry shoot through her. Who was that?! She tried to think of whose voice it was. Suddenly, it just hit her. Soul was calling her name! She immediately went to Soul's side and picked him up. She quickly rushed him to the library, the only place that could give her peace. It might give her enough time to make him better.

Annabeth frowned at the boy. "Why should you care?" she said, scowling. She looked behind to ask Grace if she was alright, but she was gone. "Gracie?!" Annabeth cried out, looking around frantically. She turned to the boy and glared. "What did you do, scare her off?!" she growled at the boy. She frowned at the boy and sighed. "The name's Annabeth, you little Bozu!" she said angrily.
