| Outage and fix | Apr 24, 2020 | Rei |
The site was down for about 8 hours due to a critical piece of software crashing.
The way we managed logins and temporary data was done with a software written in C. Unfortunately with the new server it no longer worked reliably. It's now been removed, and I have reverted back to using mariadb to handle that data.
I apologize for the outage and the annoyance of having to login again and again.
