Story
This is a story that connects sparkling ＜feelings＞──

Everyone has feelings, but their power is invisible to the naked eye.
At times, that power may even change the world.

Hiori Hirahara, who is always positive and can't leave anyone in trouble alone, and Ruka Hanari, who is awkward and doesn't know how to make friends with others even when she tries.

How will the encounter between these 2 contrasting girls change them, and the world──.

This TV animation is based on 'Blue Reflection', which was released in 2017 from the Gust brand of Koei Tecmo Games, and is being developed as a new 'BLUE REFLECTION Project'.
