Ootafukuko is an immortal woman of 1028 years old. Living through years and years across the island of Japan, Ootafukuko has seen everything in this life, but through sharing her okonomiyaki with others, she brings small moments of happiness even in the saddest of times.
Trying to keep up with the times, Ootafukuko eventually grows the wish to share these small moments of happiness with the world, because, after all, both happiness is borderless!
