A pirate, who owns a big ship. He is the head of a band of pirates controlling Lake Biwa. He hates fighting and enjoys drinking sake more than anything, also loves women and his ship to no end. His partner is a black panther, Veronica. He starts a friendship with Kakei after they meet during his travels, and the two swear an oath of brotherhood.
He possesses the power to manipulate lightning at will and has incredible strength.
