With her position as a public-health doctor she wears a white coat, but she hates to be seen as plain so she prefers to wear flashy attire under her white coat.
She has good self esteem, and in her private life she streams videos with a hidden look opposite to the face she wears at school, feeling pleasure in being watched by a large number of men.
One day, Machiko's videos are discovered by Nogami and Eri. Nogami uses Eri to investigate her, and obtains evidence that she's secretly doing 'something' at the school.
With that evidence Machiko is threatened by Nogami, and becomes his puppet.
