Nancy is a 26 year old woman with an unusual ability known as "diving." She is able to move through solid objects at will, or allow objects (such as bullets) to pass through her. She is employed by the British Library's Special Operations Division, where she works as a secret agent under the code name "Miss Deep." She dislikes this name, complaining that it sounds like a porn star. She is generally an up-beat person, but is reluctant to allow anyone to get to know her or allow them to see her weaknesses.
