Drake is a mercenary, currently working for the British Library's Special Ops. Division. He is an American Special Forces veteran and highly skilled in combat. He is the Library's "big gun" so to speak. He is close to Yomiko, and despite his gruff and hardened exterior he is a bit of a softie. He will go to great lengths to help those he considers friends and if his orders come into conflict with his morals, he will disobey the orders first.

Drake has a daughter named Maggie Anderson (not to be confused with Maggie Mui.)
