There was this manga where the MC was made to promise to make his childhood fiend his come high school after he showed up to her house for her birthday party (just the two of them) after she took her clothes off. High school time arrives and she shows up going out with MC's brother. He can also no longer get an erection unless he's thinking about the childhood friend after she showed him her nude body. He meets an old man who asks him if he is interested in working in Tokyo to which he decides that it would be better for him to be there than his home town since he is constantly tortured by the childhood friend and his brother. He now works in a bar in Tokyo.
