This is a character from Hoshin Engi. I've never seen it before, but the eyes are giving me crazy flashbacks to another character I saw a long time ago. The main characteristics I'm looking for are the droopy upper lids, and the bottom lid curve being offset, towards the outside. Basically, the highest point of the upper lid and lowest point of the lower lid don't line up.



The style makes me think of an 80s or 90s anime, but it might even be 70s or 00s. I'm 99% sure it's one of these two character types.

1: Young male lead. Very energetic. Think Gon from Hunter x Hunter, or Goku from Dragonball. Probably a kid's anime like Medabots.

2. Female supporting role. Very confident. Think Meryl from Trigun or Haruko from Fooly Cooly. Probably a comedy like Gurren Lagann.

yeah reminds me of someone too... i could even say its Tyson from beyblade tho... but mainly the hair part... although eye format it's rather similar to be honest. (disconsidering eye color)

I was thinking of putting Beyblade in place of Medabots in my post, but decided to go with the one I had actually seen. The hair is definitely throwing me off.
