Hei there! First of all, I'm sorry. This is my first post here, and I'm already asking for help. In fact, I just registered because I couldn't find this character anywhere, even in the ACDB. Google search and tinyeye doesn't find anything usefull either.

This is a image profile saved from the the Orkut (R.I.P), probably older than 2011. I don't have anymore information, but I need to find this character. Any clue that you can give me I'll be really grateful.

I could be wrong, but that looks like Third from Jyu-Oh-Sei.
