From the image caption, the artist is 司狼亨/黒白 (not sure how to pronounce this). From a few google searches, he seems to do a lot of Sengoku Basara stuff, so I would start searching there if I were you.

http://www.ri-vista.com/blog/index.php?mode=show&date=20090701 this may point in the right direction, GT is proving more confusing than usual, so I'm not sure, but I'm fairly certain that the image in question is being discussed here. (the author of the post seems to be discussing the two different versions of the image, one with a cigarette and one without if I'm not mistaken)
