well, in my time zone, it's still the 19th....whoa youre in the fuuuuture...lol
anywho, i think its a basic clock/thing that is set for only a specific zonebut im not really sure...

Claws is right. The time shown on ACDB is the time of where the server is located (Eastern time, -5 UTC).

Rei may or may not code something that shows it as local time. Doesn't bother me quite frankly.
